Kino

According to wikipedia:

Kino (Russian: Кино, lit. 'cinema' or 'film', pronounced [kʲɪˈno]) are a Russian rock band formed in Leningrad (now Saint Petersburg) in 1981. The band was co-founded and headed by Viktor Tsoi, who wrote the music and lyrics for almost all of the band's songs, until his death in 1990. Over the course of eight years, Kino released over ninety songs spanning over seven studio albums, as well as releasing a few compilations and live albums. During the days of the Soviet Union, the band's music was also widely circulated in the form of bootleg recordings through the underground magnitizdat distribution scene. Viktor Tsoi died in a car accident in 1990. Shortly after his death, the band broke up after releasing their final album, consisting of songs that Tsoi and the group were working on in the months before his death.

this is actually my favourite band regardless of the vocalist death. He tragically died on August 15, 1990, at the age of 28 in a high-speed car accident. The crash occurred on a highway in Latvia (then part of the Soviet Union) when his Moskvich sedan collided with a bus. Investigations concluded that Tsoi had likely fallen asleep at the wheel from exhaustion while returning from a fishing trip. this kind of song is different, it gives me kind of chill and the melancholic vibes of an empty and miserable life.

Hence the saying:

life is a tragedy for those who feels, and a comedy for those who think.

i think this kind of russian songs sounds very depressing yet calming and those iconic instrumental sounds kind of cool. i've started to think that life kind of a joke, those weird human relatives that we don't even know about, or care about. maybe our personalities may never exist in the first place, because it's re-written by our parents, educations, society, and social tension. sure, it may kinda shape us into a good human being. but what separate good and bad?.
